4. Payment and Fees
The fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any project. Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a written agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, resources, and access to your systems to enable Fast Online PK to perform the services effectively. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, Fast Online PK grants you a non-exclusive, transferable, and worldwide license to use the intellectual property (such as websites, apps, software, content) created for you. All intellectual property created by Fast Online PK that is not explicitly transferred remains the property of Fast Online PK.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the service engagement. This includes client data, project plans, strategies, and any other sensitive information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fast Online PK shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services rendered under the applicable agreement.
9. Warranties
Fast Online PK does not warrant that its services will meet all client expectations or that the results will be error-free. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as search engine rankings or app downloads.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If terminated, you agree to pay for all services rendered up until the termination date. Fast Online PK reserves the right to terminate any services if payments are not received in a timely manner.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
Fast Online PK reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
